Additional resources for non-court-based dispute resolution processes
As a result of an overhaul of our dispute guides, we have added several new precedents for non-court-related dispute resolution processes. We have also enhanced the Settling the matter section of our commentaries, given the increasing weight placed on it. The new precedents are:

- Arbitration Agreement;
